Refund/Cancellation Policy for ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC

Cancellation by Clients:

Clients may cancel their subscription or individual tutoring sessions by providing ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time.

To cancel, clients must contact ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC via email at info@zoomaheadtutoring.net or phone at (301)288-1651.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund or credit, except in cases of emergency, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds:

For subscription-based services, clients may request a full refund within the first 7 days of the initial subscription, provided no more than one session has been attended.

After the first 7 days, or if more than one session has been attended, no refunds will be issued. Clients may cancel their subscription, but a prorated refund will not be provided.

For individual session purchases, a full refund will be provided if the session is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. If the session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC:

ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC reserves the right to cancel any session or subscription due to unforeseen circumstances or if a tutor becomes unavailable.

In the event of cancellation by ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC, clients will be offered the option to reschedule the session at a convenient time or receive a full refund for the canceled session.
Modifications to the Policy:

ZoomAhead Tutoring, LLC reserves the right to modify this refund/cancellation policy at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
